We operate out of Flat 306 in the Darshan Co-Operative Housing Society in Dombivli. It’s a typical residential-style setup, which actually makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a big office building. Being in Thane, we get a mix of people coming through. Think People Solutions started because we saw a lot of folks looking for work and companies struggling to find the right help. We aren't a giant corporation. Most of the time, it’s just us sitting around the table in the flat, making calls and checking resumes. The society is usually quiet during the day, which helps us focus. Sometimes the elevator in the building acts up, so we end up taking the stairs. It keeps us moving, I guess. We deal with a lot of local businesses around Dombivli and further out in Thane too. It’s honest work. We don't use a lot of big words or complicated processes. We just talk to people and try to figure out where they fit. Working from a housing society means we know our neighbors and the local shops. It’s a very grounded way to run a business. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come to the door, one of us will just let you in. We’ve been doing this for a while now and it seems to work out okay for everyone involved. We just keep at it and see what the next day brings.
