Thermoshell is located over at No. 7 in the Anjani Kumar Industrial Estate, right on Sonapur Lane. It’s a typical industrial spot, so don’t expect anything fancy when you pull up. The lane is usually crowded with tempos and delivery trucks, and there’s always the sound of someone grinding metal or moving crates nearby. We work with industrial heating stuff, which means the workshop can get pretty warm, hence the name I suppose. We spend our days around shells, tubes, and insulation materials. It’s a hands-on kind of place. Most of us wear overalls that are stained with oil or dust because that’s just the nature of the work. We’ve been in this unit for a good while, and we know all the neighbors in the estate. We often share tools or help each other out when a heavy load comes in. The office is just a tiny corner with a desk and a computer where we handle the billing and the drawings. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy slogans. We just build what needs to be built and send it out to the factories that use our gear. It’s loud, it’s a bit messy, and there’s always a lot of tea being brewed in the back. That’s pretty much the daily life here at Thermoshell. We just keep our heads down and get the fabrication finished, dealing with whatever technical problems come up.
