Balas Industries Pvt. Ltd. is located on the ground floor of Suman House. We are right on Morvi Cross Lane, which is in the Girgaon area, very close to Chowpatty beach. Being near the sea is nice, though the air can be a bit salty for the equipment sometimes. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a ground-floor space where we manage our industrial supply business. Because we are on the ground floor, we get quite a bit of foot traffic and people peeking in. It’s a busy part of Mumbai, and there’s always something happening outside our door. We’ve been here for a good number of years. We don't have any corporate slogans or a polished mission statement. We are just a small group of people who know how to source and move industrial products. The office is usually filled with the sound of the ceiling fan and someone talking on the phone. We don't try to impress anyone with big words or fancy furniture. We just do our work, talk to our neighbors, and head home at the end of the day. It’s a very local, down-to-earth way of running things. If you are ever walking towards Chowpatty from Morvi Cross Lane, you’ll probably pass right by us. We are just a regular part of the neighborhood, doing what we’ve always done. It’s a noisy street, but it feels like home to us now.
