Thermosett Troubleshoot Company

We are located at number 8 in the Riviera building, right on 15th Road in Santacruz West. It’s a nice enough area, though parking is always a headache. Thermosett Troubleshoot Company isn't a giant factory or anything like that. We have a modest space where we figure out problems with equipment. Mostly, it’s about taking things apart and seeing why they stopped working. The name sounds a bit formal, but we’re just a bunch of people who like fixing stuff. Our workbenches are usually covered in wires, tools, and half-finished projects. It’s quiet inside compared to the street noise outside. We’ve been in Santacruz for a while now. Most people who live around 15th Road know the building. We don’t have a big sales team. Usually, when the phone rings, it’s someone with a technical issue that needs sorting out. We just take it one day at a time. Some days are slow and we just clean the tools, and other days it’s a total rush. We don't use fancy manuals much; we rely on what we’ve learned over the years. It’s a bit of a cramped space with all the gear we keep, but we know where everything is. If you drop by, you might have to move a box to find a place to sit. That’s just how we operate. We like the neighborhood and the people who stop by for advice. It is a good way to live.
