We've been over here at 111 in Squaters Colony for a while now. If you know Malad (E), you probably know the Chincholi Crossing area, we’re right near that. People usually find us by asking around the neighborhood since it’s a busy spot. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a regular place where we get our work done every day. We started Themo-Tech Industries because we wanted to handle things locally. Most mornings start with some tea and checking what needs to be finished. The traffic around the crossing can be a bit much sometimes, but we’re used to it. We keep our tools and materials organized, or at least we try to, in the space we have here. It’s a practical setup. We aren't big on those glossy brochures you see other places using. We just talk to people who stop by and explain what we can do. Some days are busier than others. Sometimes the rain makes it a bit tricky getting in and out of the colony, but that's just how it goes in this part of town. We’ve stayed in this spot because it works for us and the people we deal with. It's home. You can usually find one of us around if you drop by during the day. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the routine. We like keeping things straightforward and honest with everyone who walks through the door.
