The Crayon Box

You will find us at Row House No 88 in Sector No 16 over in Kopar Khairane, Navi Mumbai. It is a nice enough spot, tucked away in one of the rows. Since we are in a row house, it feels much more like a home than a big school building. That is something we like about it. We have the kids coming in during the day, and the space gets filled with the sounds of them playing and learning. Navi Mumbai is always growing, but this little corner of Sector 16 stays pretty much the same. We have different areas set up for the kids to do their activities. It is not a sterile environment; there are usually crayons, paper, and toys spread around. We do not mind a bit of a mess because it means the kids are being creative. My team and I are here every day making sure everything runs smoothly. We know the parents who live nearby. It is a small-scale operation, very personal. We do not have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to make sure the children are taken care of while they are with us. It is a simple life here in Kopar Khairane. We open the doors in the morning, wait for the families to arrive, and then get on with our day of looking after the little ones in our row house. It is a job that keeps us very busy.
