The Country Club

Our setup at The Country Club is a bit different than what you might expect from a big chain. We do a lot of our communicating through the snehalsm11 yahoo email address that most of our members have saved by now. It’s how we keep track of who is coming and what needs to be organized for the weekends. Dealing with club stuff means there is always something going on with the grounds or the events. It can get pretty hectic when a big group shows up and we are trying to make sure everyone has what they need. We aren't a high-tech operation with fancy apps and all that. It’s more about the people and the time they spend here. Sometimes the internet is slow or we take a day to get back to an email because we are out on the property fixing something. That’s just how it goes here. We try to keep things simple. People come to us when they want to get away from the city noise for a bit. It’s not about being the flashiest place around. We just want the grass to be green and the chairs to be comfortable. If you send us a message, someone will eventually see it and get back to you. It might not be instant, but we’re real people on the other end. We have some old equipment and a lot of outdoor space to manage, so we stay pretty busy throughout the year.
