The Cell Shop

The Cell Shop is a small storefront on N S S Road 1 in Khar West. We have been here for a good few years now. The shop is quite narrow, so if there are more than a couple of customers inside, it starts to feel very full. We sell phones and various bits like chargers and cases that people need. N S S Road 1 is always loud and there are always people walking past the window. We don't have a big team or anything, just a couple of us who take turns behind the counter. The shop isn't very modern-looking. We just have some basic glass cases and a few posters on the walls. Sometimes the lights are a bit dim, but we can see well enough to fix things. We don't have any corporate training or scripts. We just talk to whoever walks in and try to help them out with their phone issues. Khar West is a nice place to be, and we know many of the shop owners nearby. We don't really do much to promote ourselves. People just see the sign for The Cell Shop when they are out doing their shopping and they stop in. It is a simple way to run a business and it works for us. We just open up in the morning and see how the day goes on N S S Road. We're just a basic shop for basic mobile phone needs.
