Terino

Our shop, Terino, is located at Shop No 1 in the Kaveri Mahima Co Op building in Goregaon West. We are very close to the Bangur Nagar Police Chowky, so it is a very easy spot to find. It is just a small local shop where we have been for some time. We aren't a big chain or a franchise. It is just a neighborhood place. We see the same people every day as they go about their business. The shop is not very big, so we have to be smart about how we arrange everything. We don't have a corporate office or a big team of managers. It is usually just one or two of us here. We like the quiet pace of this area. Sometimes neighbors stop by just to say hello or ask about the weather. We don't do any flashy advertising or have big sales events. We just open the shutters in the morning and stay until the evening. If the monsoon is heavy, we sometimes have to deal with a bit of water near the entrance, but that is just part of living here. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just run our shop and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door. It is a simple way of doing things and it suits us just fine.
