Tele Care

Our shop, Tele Care, is situated right on the Ramamurthy Nagar Main Road at number 6, near Amirbang. It’s a pretty busy street, so we see a lot of traffic and people going about their business every day. We’ve been working out of this location for a while, mostly dealing with phones and whatever else comes through the door. It’s not a shiny, high-end showroom. It is just a workspace where we get things done. I usually have the radio playing in the background while I'm working on a device. The space is a bit small, so we have to be careful where we put things so we don't trip. People around here know us as the place to go when something goes wrong with their tech. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything; it’s just me and a couple of others doing the actual work. Sometimes the parts take a few days to arrive, and we have to tell people to wait, which they usually understand since they live nearby too. It's a very local vibe. We know the tea seller next door and the people who walk their dogs past the shop every evening. It feels like home to us. We just keep our heads down and focus on the tasks at hand without making a big fuss about it. Just a regular shop on a regular road, doing what we can for the neighbors.
