We set up this branch of Tekcare India Pvt Ltd Videocon in Thane. It’s located in Flat No. B2 / 001 at Rutu Enclave. Being near Suraj Water Park means it’s easy to tell people where we are. The office is actually inside a residential complex, so it feels more like a home than a corporate building. We have to be a bit quiet so we don’t bother the neighbors in the other flats. It’s a nice area on Ghodbhunder Road, though the commute can be a bit of a headache with all the construction and trucks. Inside the flat, we’ve turned the living area into a workspace. It’s a bit cramped with all the boxes and files, but we make it work. We usually have the windows open to let in some air. It’s mostly just us handling the local service side of things. We don't have a big sign outside or anything. You just have to know which doorbell to ring. The kitchen is where we keep the water and some biscuits for when we take a break. It is a simple setup for a small team. We don’t have fancy meetings with slides. We just talk across the room to each other. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just how we operate. We’re just regular folks doing a job in a regular apartment.
