You can find Jhankar Electronics at No. 2/12 Bhuta Niwas on Dr. Ambedkar Road in Matunga. Bhuta Niwas is an old building, and it has that specific character you only find in the older parts of Mumbai. Our shop is on the ground floor, and it’s packed with all sorts of electronic goods. We’ve got everything from small parts to bigger units stacked up on the shelves. It’s a bit crowded in here, especially when we have a few customers at once, but we like it that way. Dr. Ambedkar Road is always busy with cars and buses, so there’s a lot of noise and dust coming in from the front. We spend our days helping people find what they need, whether it’s a specific cable or a new piece of equipment. We’ve been here for years, and we know many of the people who walk past our door every day. We aren't one of those big modern showrooms with bright lights and salesmen in suits. We’re just a regular electronics store where you can talk to someone who actually knows about the stuff they’re selling. Sometimes the inventory gets a bit mixed up, and it takes us a minute to find exactly what you’re looking for, but we always get there in the end. It’s a good spot to be in, and we plan on staying here as long as the building stands. We open up early and usually stay until the street lights come on.
