Asian Electronics

If you know Lamington Road, you know it’s always crowded and full of life. We are tucked away in Ahmed Chamber, specifically on the second floor at A-8. It's right above the King Hotel, and if you're standing at Diamond Plaza, you just look across the street to find us. Grant Road East is a hectic part of Mumbai, but it’s where all the action is for electronics and spare parts. Our space at Asian Electronics is usually piled up with components and boxes. It isn't a showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a working office and storage area where we sort through orders. We’ve been in this building for quite some time now. The stairs can be a bit steep, but everyone’s used to it. The neighborhood is noisy, sure, but that’s just the atmosphere of the market. We spend our mornings checking inventory and the afternoons dealing with whoever drops by or calls. It’s a small operation, just a few of us making sure things go where they need to. We don't have a fancy reception area. You just walk in and see us at our desks. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do here. Being in the heart of the electronics hub helps us stay connected to what's going on in the trade without needing to go very far. We just keep things simple and try to get the orders out on time.
