Tej Communication Center

Tej Communication Center has been around Mumbai 9 for quite some time now. It’s a small spot, but it stays busy because of where we are situated. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day, like helping people with their mobile connections or just getting documents sorted and copied. It’s the kind of place where you see the same faces every week, and we usually know what someone needs before they even say it. We don't have a fancy website or a bunch of social media pages because we’re too busy actually working. Most of our work comes from people just walking by or neighbors telling their friends about us when they need something done. The office itself is a bit cramped with all the equipment, wires, and stacks of paper, but we know where everything is even if it looks like a mess to anyone else. Our mornings usually start with a cup of tea and checking what needs to be handled first on the list. It's not a high-pressure environment, but we do try to get things done quickly because we know people are usually in a hurry to get to work or back home. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit as new buildings go up, but we're still here in the same old spot doing what we do. It’s a honest living and we enjoy talking to the different people who stop in to use the services. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to fiddle with them for an hour.
