Techomech Engineering

We're based over in Govandi, right by the Majithia Industrial Estate. If you know where the Dukes factory is, we're just next to that on Tilak Road. Being near the Hirabaug Chowk means there's always a lot of traffic and noise outside our door. We do engineering work here at Techomech Engineering. It’s mostly about fixing things and making sure mechanical parts are working like they should. We don't have a slick showroom or a big lobby. It’s just a workshop with tools everywhere and the smell of oil in the air. Our team has been doing this for quite some time now. We started small and stayed that way because we like the hands-on part of the job. You'll find us here most mornings till late in the evening. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic with different projects going on at once. We don't spend much time on the computer unless we really have to. Most of the time we are on the floor working on something. People from around the estate often drop in for help with their own machines. It’s a real community feel even with all the heavy industry around us. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a bit over the years, but our little corner remains pretty much the same as it was. We just focus on the engineering side and don't worry too much about anything else. It's just a regular local business doing its thing near the chowk every day.
