Technocrat Security Systems Pvt. Ltd. is located in Goregaon East. We are in Unit C-2 of Model Ind E, which is near Virwani Industrial estate on Vishweshwar Nagar Road 2. It’s a very busy industrial patch. There are always tempos and bikes zipping around the narrow lanes. We deal with security systems, so our unit is usually full of wires, cameras, and control panels. Sometimes it looks like a bit of a mess with all the testing we do. We aren't a big corporate office with a lobby. It’s more of a workshop where we put things together and test out the equipment before it goes to a customer. We have a few technicians who are usually out on calls, and a couple of us stay back to handle the orders and tech support. The building is older and the elevator is a bit slow, so we often just take the stairs to save time. It’s not the kind of place where you’d expect to see people in suits. We wear work clothes because we’re often crawling around under desks or up on ladders. We’ve been in Goregaon for years now and we like the location because it’s easy to get to different parts of the city from here. We just focus on making sure the cameras and alarms actually work when they’re supposed to. That’s pretty much the whole story of how we run things.
