We spend most of our time here at Bhat Bazar, specifically in M/24 at Ambery Garden 33. It gets pretty loud outside sometimes, but we’re used to it. The workshop is usually a bit of a mess with parts scattered around, but that is just how we work best. Most days start with a cup of tea before we get into the grease and the metal. People stop by to ask about repairs or just to see if a specific part came in yet. We have been in this spot for a while now. The floors are a bit stained from oil, and the lighting could be better, but the machines here do what they are supposed to do. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the entrance in the morning, which makes things a bit slow to get moving. We don't have a fancy front desk or anything like that. If you come by, you just walk in and find whoever isn't under a machine at that moment. It’s mostly just us keeping busy with the daily tasks. We keep a radio on in the corner, though half the time it’s just static. We handle what comes through the door. It is not a quiet place, but it is where we get the job done. Ambery Garden is a busy spot, so there is always something going on outside. We just keep our heads down and keep working until it is time to close up and go home. We usually stay until the sun is long gone.
