We operate out of Kamal Apartment in Kandivali West. Our office is B-101 in the Pankaj Building. It’s a pretty standard residential-commercial mix around here, so it feels a bit more like a neighborhood than a cold industrial zone. We’ve been here for a good while, and most of the people in the building know us by now. It’s not a massive space, but it fits our desks and the equipment we need. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when we have a lot of materials coming in, but we make it work. The elevators in this building can be a bit slow, so we often just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. Kandivali is always busy, so there’s always noise from the street, but you get used to it after a week or two. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who handle everything from the paperwork to the technical side of things. We usually grab lunch from one of the small shops nearby. It’s a very local way of working. We don't bother with fancy suits or anything like that. We just wear whatever is comfortable for a long day of work. Every morning starts with a cup of chai and a quick talk about what’s on the list for the day. Then we just dive into the work and stay until it’s finished. It's a bit cramped with all the files, but it's home to us.
