Teamlease

Our office for Teamlease is located in Tilak Nagar, which is a busy part of Chembur here in Mumbai. If you know the area, you know it is always active with people going to and from work. We are just one of the many businesses operating out of this neighborhood. Our daily routine involves a lot of talking to people about their jobs and what they are looking for next. It is not a glamorous setup, just a functional space with desks and phones. Mumbai is a fast city, but we try to keep things grounded here in Chembur. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation even though we deal with a lot of people. Every day brings someone new through the door or a new phone call to answer. We spend a lot of time looking at lists and matching things up. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. The office is usually a bit cluttered with papers and files, but we know where everything is. We don't have any big speeches to give about what we do. We just help people find their way into the workforce. It is what we have always done from our spot in Tilak Nagar. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
