Teamlease Services Private Limited is based in Kandivali East, specifically in the Lokhandwala Township. Our office is D-402 in the Balaji Enclave building on Akurli Road. This is a pretty busy part of Mumbai, so there is always a lot of movement outside. The building itself is part of a larger residential area, which makes it feel a little less like a stiff office environment. We have a few rooms filled with desks and chairs, and the walls are mostly bare except for some charts. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is busy, but it’s not too bad. We usually have the windows open when the weather permits, though the noise from Akurli Road can be quite loud with all the rickshaws and cars. There are always people coming in and out, so the front door gets a lot of use. We don't have a big fancy sign outside, just a small nameplate. The staff sits together in the main room, and we often share snacks that someone brought from home. It’s a very local feel, even though we are part of a bigger company. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day, and sometimes it feels a bit chaotic, but we manage to get through the list. It’s just a normal office in a normal building in Mumbai 101, doing what we need to do. We don't worry about being perfect, we just get the work finished. It's just a regular day in the office.
