We've been at this spot in Jagatraj Nivas Chawl for a while now. If you know Malad East, you know how busy Kurar Village gets, especially being so close to the Jain Temple and Purnima Hotel. We started Team Hr Services Ltd because we saw how people were struggling to find the right work or get their paperwork sorted. It’s not a big fancy office with glass walls, just a regular place where we sit and talk to folks looking for jobs. Most of the time, the phones are ringing or someone is dropping by to ask about openings. We mostly deal with the local crowd and businesses around Mumbai. Being near the hotel helps because people can find us easily. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but we manage just fine. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us trying to keep things organized. We handle the hiring and the stuff that comes with managing staff for other companies. Some days are slow, others we can't even finish our tea because there's so much to do. We just focus on the work right in front of us. If someone needs help with HR things, they just walk in or give a call. That's pretty much how we run things here in Malad. No frills, just getting the job done day by day.
