Tarai Enterprises

Tarai Enterprises is located right in Shiv Market, which is part of Miller Ganj 2. If you know B G Kher Road, then you know it is a busy spot for trade and people moving things around all day. Our place is tucked in with all the other shops, and it is usually quite a scramble every morning when we pull up the shutters. We handle a lot of different supplies and parts, so the shelves stay pretty full throughout the year. It gets a bit dusty in the market, especially when the big trucks go by, so we are always wiping things down to keep them clean. We do not use any fancy digital systems; we just keep track of things the old-fashioned way in our books. It is a lot of lifting and moving heavy boxes from one side of the room to the other. Miller Ganj has a very specific feel to it, being very industrial and loud, but we actually like being here. The regulars know us by name, and we know who prefers to pay cash and who wants a proper receipt for everything they buy. We do not have a flashy office or a big glowing sign out front. The shop is just a practical space where we can get our work done without any fuss. Sometimes the tea man is late, and that is about the biggest drama of our morning. We have been doing this for years now, and it has just become part of our daily routine on B G Kher Road.
