Tangerine Human Capital Management

Tangerine Human Capital Management is located at A-7 in the Oshiwara Industrial Centre in Goregaon. It’s a real industrial area, so there’s a lot of activity with trucks and workers all around the building. Our unit is just a standard office space inside the centre. It’s not a polished corporate environment. We have some sturdy desks, a few computers, and a lot of filing cabinets for the human capital work we do. The building itself is older, and the hallways can be a bit dark, but our office is well-lit once you get inside. We have a small window that looks out onto the industrial area, which isn't much of a view, but it lets in some daylight. It can get pretty noisy during the day with all the movement outside, but we’ve learned to work through it. We usually start our day pretty early and keep going until the work is finished. There’s no fancy lobby or receptionist; you just come in and we’re right there at our desks. We drink a lot of tea to keep ourselves going throughout the afternoon. It’s a practical and honest place to work. Goregaon is a busy part of town, and being in this industrial centre makes us feel like we’re right in the thick of things. We don’t worry about making the place look perfect; we just focus on doing the job that needs to be done every single day.
