We are Talentpro India Hr Pvt Ltd and we have been operating out of Flat No.1 in the Naval Vihar building for a good while now. Our place is on Goshala Road in Mulund West, which is a pretty busy part of Mumbai if you know the area. It is not a flashy office or a big corporate tower, just a regular flat where we get our work done every day. The neighborhood has a lot of movement and the sounds of the street definitely make it into the office sometimes. We spend most of our time dealing with HR tasks, looking through files, and talking to people on the phone about jobs. It gets a bit crowded with all the paperwork but we keep it organized enough to function. Getting here from the station is a bit of a walk, especially when it is raining or really hot outside, but we are used to it by now. We usually have our tea in the afternoon and maybe chat for a bit before getting back to the screens. There are no fancy perks here, just a group of people trying to keep things moving. We do not have a big lobby or anything, so guests just come straight into the workspace. It is a very practical setup. The Naval Vihar building is older, but it feels like home to us. We just focus on the work at hand without much fuss or noise.
