Our office is over in Sewri, right on the Cross Road. We are in Banu Bai Chawl Number 4, specifically in Room Number 5. It is a busy part of Mumbai, as you probably know if you’ve been around here. We handle relationship management services, which basically means we spend a lot of time talking to people and sorting out their issues. It’s a small space, so things can get a bit noisy when everyone is on the phone at the same time. We don’t have any of those fancy glass walls or expensive furniture. It’s just a standard room in a chawl where we’ve set up our computers and files. The area around Sewri has changed a lot over the years, but we’re still here doing our thing. It’s a very local vibe. Sometimes the monsoon makes the commute a bit of a nightmare, but we show up anyway. We’ve got a small team and we all know each other well. We don’t go in for big marketing or trying to sound like a giant corporation. We just focus on the tasks at hand. People come to us when they need help with their business connections. It's a lot of data entry and phone calls. We just try to do right by the folks who use our services. It’s just a regular Mumbai day for us, every day. We usually grab lunch from the small shops nearby and just get back to it.
