Sutherland Global Services

We’re located over at Rizwan Apartments in Jogeshwari, specifically in C-705. If you know the area, we’re right opposite the 24 Carats Cinema on Aqsa Masjid Road. It’s a very lively part of Mumbai, so there’s always something going on outside our windows. Sutherland Global Services is basically a bunch of us working through various service tasks and keeping things organized. The S.V. Road traffic can be pretty loud, but you get used to it after a few weeks. The apartment we work out of isn't exactly a high-rise glass tower, but it does the job for what we need. We handle a lot of different calls and data stuff throughout the day. Some days are quieter than others, but mostly it’s just a steady stream of work. We don’t really go for all that polished business talk you hear in the big firms. We’re just regular people trying to do a good job for the clients we have. Being near the cinema and the masjid means there are plenty of places to grab a quick snack during lunch, which is nice. We’ve been in this Jogeshwari spot for a while now, and the neighbors are familiar with us. It’s a practical setup, nothing too fancy, just honest work happening day in and day out. We just try to stay on top of the tasks and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. It’s a busy life here on S.V. Road, but we’re used to it despite the 4000102 zip code confusion.
