Suresh Rathod

I’m Suresh Rathod and I work out of this spot at 36892 in Lower Parel, right by Sai Chowk. It’s a busy intersection and I’ve been here long enough to see the whole neighborhood change around me. My work is pretty simple and I keep things running from this small office. People know they can find me here during the day. Lower Parel has become so crowded lately, but Sai Chowk is still a landmark everyone recognizes. I don’t have a big team or anything, just a few hands when things get really busy. I handle a lot of different tasks depending on what people in the area need. Most of my day is spent talking to folks who stop in or handling things on the phone. It’s not a corporate setup at all. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint and the desk is usually covered in papers. I like it that way because it feels like a real workspace. I grew up not far from here, so I know the streets and the people quite well. If you’re passing through the chowk, you’ll likely see me around. I just try to do my job and keep the business moving along. It’s a steady pace and I don’t plan on changing much about how I operate. There isn't much more to it than showing up and being here when people need me.
