Suresh More

I’ve been running this business under my name, Suresh More, out of Kanjurmarg East for some time now. The office is at number 3, right by the Police Chowk. It’s a convenient spot because everyone knows where the chowk is. I started this because I wanted to work for myself and help out the local people here. It’s not a big corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It is just a basic room with a desk, some chairs, and a lot of papers piled up. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, especially being so close to the main areas of Kanjurmarg. I usually handle most things myself, though I get help when it’s needed. People come by for various things, mostly stuff they need fixed or sorted out. I don't spend much time on fancy talk or making brochures. Usually, it’s just me sitting here and talking to neighbors or clients who stop in. Life in this part of Mumbai is fast, so I try to keep the work straightforward. If I’m not at the desk, I’m probably out handling some errands. It’s a simple way of making a living, and it works for me. The building is older, but it serves its purpose well enough. You won't find a big sign out front, just my name on the door. It feels more like a local fixture than a company, which is exactly how I like it.
