Sundaram Finance Ltd

Our office is at 313 Swastik Chambers, which is on the 3rd floor in Chembur. It’s a typical office building with a lot of other businesses around us. We spend most of our day dealing with papers, calculators, and files. It’s not the most exciting work, but people need help with their finances and loans. We have desks set up and chairs for people who come in to talk about their accounts. There’s always a bit of a hum from the air conditioner and the computers. We aren't doing anything flashy here. It’s mostly about checking numbers and making sure the forms are filled out correctly. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, especially at the end of the month. We have a small pantry where we take tea breaks. It’s a regular routine. People from all over Chembur stop by with questions about their payments or new applications. We try to explain things clearly without using too many complicated words. If there’s a delay in processing, we tell them. The building itself is older, and sometimes the elevator takes a while to arrive. We’ve been at this location for some time now and have gotten to know the other people working in the building. It’s just a normal workplace where we handle the financial side of things for our customers. That is what the daily grind looks like here at Sundaram Finance Ltd.
