Our office is situated at 4-31 Shanti No 2 on Pedder Road in Mumbai. Pedder Road is a very famous stretch of the city, and it’s always packed with cars and people going somewhere. We are on the fourth floor of the Shanti building. It’s an older building but it’s sturdy and has a lot of character. From our windows, you can see the constant stream of traffic below. We work on infrastructure projects, so there are always blueprints rolled up on the tables and site photos pinned to the walls. It’s not a very tidy office; we have samples of materials and project files stacked up everywhere. It’s a busy place because there is always some project that needs attention or a contractor calling for updates. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to make things look pretty for visitors. We are mostly engineers and project managers who spend our time figuring out how to build things. The atmosphere is a bit frantic sometimes, especially when deadlines are close. We drink a lot of coffee and try to keep things organized despite the chaos of the city outside. It’s a grounded, hardworking environment where the main goal is just to finish the projects we started. We are right there at number 19 Pedder Road, so it is a very central place to be for work.
