Sumeet Sales Corporation Maniyar Plastic is based over in Goregaon East. It’s a part of town that has changed a lot lately, but we are still here doing our thing with plastic goods. Our space is mostly filled with stock, so it’s not exactly a showroom you’d see in a mall. It is more of a practical workplace where we manage orders and make sure the right items get sent out to the people who bought them. Dealing with plastic means we have all sorts of shapes and sizes of things piled up everywhere. Some days the warehouse feels a bit cramped when a big shipment arrives, but we manage to get it sorted out eventually. We don't have a bunch of fancy slogans or a polished corporate image. We are just a group of people working in Goregaon East trying to run a decent business. Most of our neighbors are also busy with their own shops and workshops, so there is always a lot of activity on our street. It gets dusty and loud sometimes, especially when trucks are loading up, but that is part of the job. We focus on getting the counts right and making sure the plastic items are what they should be. It’s a simple way to make a living and we’ve been at it for a while now without much fuss. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
