Suman Communication

Suman Communication is located over in Borivali East 16, right where the local foot traffic stays pretty steady throughout the afternoon. We started out mostly doing recharges and selling SIM cards when everyone was first getting mobile phones, and things haven't changed that much in the basic sense. The shop is small, with glass counters that always seem to have fingerprints on them no matter how often we wipe them down with a cloth. We spend a lot of time explaining data plans to older folks or trying to fix a phone that someone dropped in water. It gets a bit loud when three people are talking at once about their bills, but we manage. There are stacks of phone cases in the back that we need to organize better, but usually, we are too busy helping someone with a screen protector. Borivali East is a busy area, and we fit right into the middle of it. We don't have a big team or anything, just a few of us who know how these gadgets work. Sometimes the internet connection in the shop acts up, which is ironic for a communication place, but we just restart the router and keep going. We like the regulars who stop by just to say hello while they are out getting their vegetables. It is a decent way to spend the day and we keep the doors open late.
