You’ll find Stulz - Chspl (India) Pvt Ltd. over at 006 Jaguruti Industrial Estate. We are on Mogul Lane in Mahim. It’s right across the street from Hico Ltd. The industrial estate is always full of activity, with people moving crates and vans backing in and out. Our unit is just one of many in this block. It’s a practical space where we handle all our business. We’ve been in Mahim for quite some time now. The office isn't very large, so things can get a bit cramped when we have a lot of work on the go. We have a few desks and a lot of shelves filled with folders and parts. It’s definitely a working environment, not a place meant for showing off. Mogul Lane can be a bit of a headache with traffic during peak hours. We usually just hunker down and get things done while the world outside stays busy. We don’t have any big mission statements or fancy logos everywhere. It’s just a group of us trying to do a good day’s work. The walls are a bit plain, and the lighting is just those standard overhead tubes. It’s not a glamorous spot, but it’s where we feel at home. We know the security guards at the gate and the guys in the neighboring units. It’s a steady place for us to be. It's nothing special, but it's ours.
