Step Up Placement Services

We've been running things here at R Niranjan Apartment for a while now. Finding people for jobs isn't always easy, but it’s what we do every day. People come by our office in Vardhman Nagar to talk about what kind of work they need. We mostly look at resumes and try to see where folks might fit best. It’s a lot of phone calls and sitting at desks. Mulund West is a busy spot, so there’s always someone stopping in or calling about an opening. Sometimes we have a lot of roles to fill, and other days it’s a bit quieter. We try to keep things simple here. No big fancy speeches, just looking at the paperwork and making sure people have a place to go on Monday morning. It’s hard work for the people looking for a job, so we try to be clear with them. Sometimes the right match happens quickly, and other times it takes a few tries. We keep our files organized as much as we can. Being in unit D/ 304 on the 06 level means we see a lot of the neighborhood from the window. We’ve known some of these local businesses for years. It’s just us doing the daily grind, helping out where we can. If someone needs a hand with their hiring, they usually just drop by or send a message. We don’t make it complicated. That’s just how we operate in this part of town. We hope people find what they need when they step through our door to see us.
