Spice Hotspot

We set up Spice Hotspot here in Malad West because it’s a lively part of town with a lot going on. It’s a small storefront, tucked away where people can easily find us when they’re out doing their daily shopping. We mostly look after mobile phones and basic electronics for the local crowd. It’s a lot of troubleshooting and helping people figure out why their devices aren't doing what they’re supposed to do. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know our way around a motherboard and a software update. The shop is often crowded with boxes of new accessories, cases, and chargers. We try to keep it organized, but on busy days, things can get a little messy behind the counter with tools and parts everywhere. We don't really do the whole hard-sell thing that you see in bigger stores. If a phone is old and slow, we tell you it's probably not worth the repair cost. People seem to appreciate that honesty. The neighborhood has a lot of energy, and we get all sorts of folks coming in, from students looking for headphones to grandmothers needing help with their messages. Every day is a bit different for us. One day we’re fixing a cracked screen, and the next we’re explaining how to use a new app. It’s just us doing our job and trying to be helpful to the people around Malad. We’ve been here for a while now and don't plan on going anywhere. It’s a good little spot.
