We are based in Goregaon East, specifically at Niwara CHS on Pandurang Wadi Lane No 1. It’s a bit of a maze back here in the residential lanes, but we like the quiet of the neighborhood. The office is inside the Niwara building, which is a typical Mumbai housing society setup. We share the space and keep things pretty informal. Most days involve a lot of phone calls and sorting through files. It’s not the kind of place where people wear suits every day. We’re more likely to be in casual clothes just trying to stay comfortable in the Mumbai humidity. The commute can be a bit of a pain for some of us, but being near the station helps a bit. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the neighborhood, like the kids playing outside or the local vendors calling out. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have a big reception desk or a fancy coffee machine. We just make our own tea in the little pantry and get on with the day’s tasks. People usually come to us because they have specific business to discuss, and we try to handle it as efficiently as we can. We aren't interested in being flashy. We just want to do our jobs well and keep this small part of the operation running as it should. It is just a modest place where we spend our hours together working on whatever needs doing for the day. We stay until the work is finished.
