We’re based out of Naman Plaza, right behind the Shoppers Shop in Kandivali West. Our office is at number 28 in the Kumbharwaba area. It’s a pretty convenient spot, especially being so close to the shops, which makes it easy to grab a coffee or run errands during lunch. Softech Consultants isn't your typical high-rise tech firm. We’re a small group of consultants who prefer working in a more relaxed environment. We’ve been in this building for quite a while now and we know the other tenants pretty well. Most of our work involves helping people figure out their tech problems or giving advice on how to make their systems work better. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to confuse people with jargon. We just talk like regular people and try to find solutions that actually make sense for a normal business. Sometimes we’re stuck on a tricky problem until late in the evening, but that’s just part of the job. The plaza is usually quite busy, which we like because it keeps us feeling connected to what’s going on in Kandivali. We don't have a big sales pitch or a fancy reception area. You just walk in and we sit down and talk about what you need. It’s a practical approach that seems to work well for our clients. We’ve built our reputation on just being helpful and showing up when we say we will.
