Skyline Placement Services

Our office is at A 601 in Andheri West. We are on Mint Road. If you know where the Fun Republic Cinema is, we are right opposite that. It’s a tall building and we are up on the sixth floor. Skyline Placement Services is what we call ourselves. We help people find work and help businesses find staff. It’s mostly just sitting at desks and talking on the phone. We have a lot of files and folders everywhere. It’s not the most modern-looking office you’ve ever seen. We have some old desks and chairs that have seen better days. But they work fine for what we need. Andheri West is a busy hub. There are always people coming and going. Sometimes candidates come in for interviews and they look a bit nervous. We try to just be normal with them. We don't have any HR scripts to follow. We just ask questions and see if they fit the jobs we have. Some days the elevator in the building is slow, so people arrive a bit out of breath. We just tell them to take a minute. We aren't some massive global agency. We are just a local team on Mint Road trying to get people into jobs. It’s a lot of matching names to requirements. We do our best to keep up with it all and stay useful to the local community.
