Sky Net Telecom

Sky Net Telecom is over in Borivali West 4. It’s a quiet enough area during the day but picks up a lot when the schools let out and people come home. I keep the shop running mostly on my own, though my brother helps out when things get too hectic. We handle a lot of phone recharges and SIM card issues. People come in complaining about their data not working or needing a new plan that costs less. I spend a lot of time on the computer or checking things on my own phone to help them out. The shop has white walls and some simple shelving for the products we sell. It is nothing fancy, just a place to get your phone needs sorted out. Borivali is a big place, but our little corner feels like a small village sometimes. Everyone knows everyone else’s business. We sell a few different brands of handsets, mostly the ones that people around here can actually afford. The floor needs sweeping a lot because of the foot traffic. I usually bring my lunch from home and eat it in the back room when there’s a gap between customers. It’s a simple routine and I don’t mind it at all. Some days are slow and I just read the paper, but usually, there’s a phone to look at or a bill to pay for someone. We are just a basic shop for the local community.
