Sitaa Placement

We’ve been at Kanjurmarg 3rd Cross 138 for a while now. Sitaa Placement started because people in the neighborhood were always asking where to find reliable help for their offices or homes. It isn't a fancy setup, just a small office where we keep folders of people looking for work. We spend most of our mornings talking to candidates and trying to figure out who might fit where. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other days it is quiet enough to hear the traffic outside. We don't have a big HR team or anything like that. It's just us looking through resumes and making calls. People come in, sit on the plastic chairs, and tell us what they can do. We try to be fair and honest with everyone who walks through that door. Kanjurmarg is a busy spot, so there is always someone moving in or out. Finding a job is stressful, and we know that. We don't promise miracles, but we do look at every application carefully. If we find something that matches, we let you know. If not, we keep looking. That is basically how we spend our days here at 138. It’s a lot of paperwork and even more conversations. We just try to keep things moving along for the local folks. It's a simple process, and we like it that way because it works for us and the people who come to see us.
