Our office is situated at 34/38 on the 5th Main Road in Fort. We are in the New Hari Leela House, which is a sturdy old building near Dollars Colony. Working in the Fort area means we are surrounded by a lot of history and very busy streets. The office itself is quite plain. We have our desks set up and plenty of shelves for all the files we accumulate. Most of our day is spent handling different administrative tasks and talking to people who come by with various requests. It is a quiet environment for the most part, except for the sounds of the city coming through the windows. We aren't big on fancy decorations or corporate stuff. We just focus on the work that needs to be done each day. Sometimes we go downstairs to get snacks from the vendors on the street. It’s a good spot because we are close to everything, but the building itself stays relatively calm. We’ve got a small area where we make coffee and tea to keep us going. The walk from the station is always crowded, but it is a nice routine. We’ve seen many businesses come and go in this area while we have stayed put. It’s just a regular workplace where we try to stay on top of the paperwork and help out whoever walks through the door. We don't have a big staff, so we all end up doing a bit of everything.
