Sigma Manpower Services

Sigma Manpower Services is located in Bhandup at Kheteshwar Udyog Nagar. We are in Gala No 20, which is part of the C/1001 block on Kashimira Road. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always the sound of machines and trucks nearby. Our office is pretty simple. We have some plastic chairs for people to sit on while they wait to talk to us. We spend our days looking for workers for different companies and helping people find a way to earn a living. It’s not a glamorous job, but it feels good when someone gets hired. We have rows of binders with names and contact details. We don't use any high-tech systems. We just talk to people and listen to what they need. Sometimes the office gets a bit hot because the fan doesn't reach every corner. We’ve been here for a while, and we know the local factory owners and managers. We aren't a big corporate agency with a fancy website. We just rely on people knowing who we are. There’s usually a pot of tea going, and the door is always open. We handle a lot of phone calls from people looking for work. It’s a lot of talking and listening. We don't have a mission statement or any of that. We just try to match the right person with the right job. It’s simple, honest work and we’ve been doing it this way for years.
