You can find us at Winner Court on Masrani Lane. Sigma Manpower Services is mostly just us sitting at our desks, talking on the phone, and looking at resumes all day. It gets a bit hectic when we have a lot of people coming in for interviews. The waiting area only has a few chairs, so sometimes people have to stand near the door. We have files stacked up in cabinets that have been there for years. We try to keep things organized, but when the phone starts ringing off the hook, it gets difficult. The light in the hallway flickers sometimes, but the office itself is okay. We spend a lot of time talking to different companies and people looking for work. It is a lot of listening and trying to figure out who fits where. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the long afternoons. It is not a big corporate setup, just a local office where we try to help people get jobs. We have had the same sign out front for ages. It is a bit faded from the sun, but people still find their way to us. We just take it one day at a time, answering emails and filing papers until the day is over. It is honest work and we meet a lot of interesting people who are just trying to find their next step in life.
