Our office is located in Mulund West on Udhana 102, and it’s a pretty straightforward place. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and filing cabinets that are usually stuffed with papers and resumes. We spend most of our time on the phone or looking at computer screens, trying to match people with different jobs. It’s a lot of talking and listening to what folks are looking for in their careers. Sometimes the waiting area gets full of people who are hoping to find something new to do. We don't use any fancy software for this, just a lot of folders and our own handwritten notes. The street outside in Mulund is busy, but once you step inside, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and the occasional ceiling fan. We handle a lot of marketing tasks too, which means we are often busy with flyers or coordinating small local campaigns for other businesses. It’s a small team of us here, and we’ve worked together for quite a while now. We don't have a polished corporate lobby, just a functional space where real work gets done. People stop by to drop off their resumes or to ask about what positions might be open this week. We try to be helpful and give everyone a fair chance when they walk through the door. It’s a busy life, balancing the needs of businesses and the people looking for employment, but we just take it one day at a time.
