Our office is on the 3rd floor of the Vishwanath Building over at Lohar Chawl. It is a busy part of the city, and honestly, the stairs can be a bit much if you are not used to them. We are located right at the 7th Cross on 13th Main in the Hal 2nd Stage area. The building is older, and the hallway can be a bit dark sometimes, but we keep our door open to let some air in. We have a few desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. Most of the time, the phones are ringing or someone is sitting in the corner waiting for an interview. It gets pretty cramped when more than four or five people show up at once. We spend our days looking through papers and talking to folks who need work or companies looking for help. There is a small tea stall downstairs where we usually get our morning fix, and the smell of spices from the nearby shops drifts up here. We don't do anything too fancy, just the basic work of matching people with roles. Sometimes the electricity goes out for a bit, so we just sit by the window and wait. It is a simple setup we have here, nothing like those big glass offices you see in the movies. We’ve been in this building for years and know all the other tenants by now. It’s just how we work.
