You can find us in Surat on the 4th floor of the building at 163/165 Narayan Dhuru Street. It’s in the Piplod area, near the Surat Ho. Being on the fourth floor means we get a bit of a view, but the stairs can be a lot if the lift is acting up. Our business is international trade, mostly focused on the things Surat is known for. The street outside is always packed with people and vehicles, so it's a very lively place to be. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us and a lot of ledger books and computer screens. We spend a lot of time on the phone with suppliers and customs agents. It’s a lot of logistics. You have to make sure every paper is signed and every box is where it should be. We don't have a big reception area. If you come by, you’ll probably just see us working at our desks. We try to keep things organized, but when a big shipment is coming in, it gets a bit chaotic. We’ve been operating from this building for quite some time. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but we’re too busy to worry about that right now. We drink chai from the stall downstairs a few times a day. It’s a basic operation. We focus on getting the goods from one place to another without too much trouble. That’s about it for us.
