Shubhada Abhijeet Kanade

We’re up on the eighth floor in Andheri West, units 801 and 802. It’s a decent view of the rooftops if you stand by the window. Shubhada Abhijeet Kanade is where we spend our weekdays. It's usually a bit of a mess with papers scattered everywhere. We try to keep things organized, but when things get busy, the filing system is the first thing to go. There’s a small group of us here, and we’ve worked together for a long time. We know each other's habits, like who forgets their lunch and who talks too much. The elevators in this building are always a gamble, so we sometimes end up waiting a while in the lobby. We don't have a receptionist, so if the door is locked, you just have to knock hard. We handle a variety of things, mostly paperwork and coordination. It's not a high-stress environment, but we stay focused on the task at hand. Sometimes the sun hits the glass and makes it too hot, so we have to draw the blinds and turn up the fans. It feels like a second home since we spend so many hours here. We don't go in for flashy decor or big signs. It’s just a place where we come to work and do our bit. We usually order in from the place across the street when we have to work through lunch. It’s just how we do things here, nothing more and nothing less. We keep a spare umbrella by the door for whoever needs it.
