Ashwini Kunte

You can find us at 403 Vile Parle East, right in the Ambawadi area. The building is called Purushottam Niwas. It’s a pretty typical place for this part of Mumbai. Ashwini Kunte is just the name on the door, and inside, we mostly just focus on our daily tasks. Vile Parle East is always busy, especially with people heading to the station or the local markets. Our space in Ambawadi is a bit small, but it’s enough for what we need to do. We have a few desks and a lot of papers stacked up. Sometimes the lift in Purushottam Niwas is slow, so we end up taking the stairs, which is good exercise I guess. We spend most of our time at the computer or on the phone. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. The curtains are a bit old and the tea we make is probably too strong for most people. We’ve lived and worked around this neighborhood for years, so we know the local shops and the guys who deliver the mail. It’s a comfortable routine. The windows look out over the street, so we see the rainy season come and go every year. There isn't much to say other than we just keep working and trying to stay organized in the middle of all the Vile Parle chaos. We have been here for a while and the location really suits the way we operate daily.
