Chandan &Chandan

We work out of Tulsi Nivas Apartments in Sector 5 of CBD Belapur. Our office for Chandan &Chandan is a combination of units 3 and 4 in the C5 wing. Belapur is a busy hub for Navi Mumbai, with a lot of government offices and banks nearby, but our street is a bit more tucked away from the main noise. The apartment building is one of those classic designs you see all over this part of the city. Inside, it’s mostly just desks and shelves filled with various files and boxes. We don’t have any of those modern open-plan layouts; it’s just separate rooms where we can sit and focus on our tasks. The lighting is okay, but we usually keep the tube lights on throughout the day to see better. There is a small balcony where we sometimes take a break to look at the trees outside or check the weather. It’s often a bit dusty because of the construction work that always seems to be happening somewhere in the neighborhood. We’ve been here long enough that we know the lady who cleans the stairs and the guy who delivers the water jars every week. It’s a very grounded way to work. No one wears fancy suits unless they absolutely have to for a meeting somewhere else. Most days we just wear regular clothes and get on with our tasks. It's a reliable, steady spot for us. The address is clear, so people don't get lost.
