Our place is in Borivali West, right in Unit No 33 of the Ganjawala Apartment building. It’s a bit unusual being in an apartment complex, but it works for what we do. We spend a lot of time moving boxes in and out of the unit. The elevator can be slow during the busy hours when everyone is coming home, so we try to time our shipments around that. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves filled with stock. We don't have a big reception area or fancy chairs for people to sit in. It’s more of a functional space. Sometimes the hallways get a bit crowded when we have a big delivery arriving, but we try to clear it out as fast as we can so we don't bother the neighbors too much. Being in Borivali West means we are close to a lot of things, which is handy. My desk is usually covered in notes and old receipts that I need to file away eventually. It’s just me and a couple of others here most days. We keep the fans running all day because it gets stuffy with all the inventory packed in. It’s a straightforward setup. We come in, check what needs to go out, and get it packed up. There isn't much to look at, just a lot of work getting done in a small space. We usually close up once the last box is taped and ready for the morning pickup.
